- Sour cream200 g
- Lemon juice100 ml
- Maizena Biscuit200 g
- Blend the lemon juice, cream and condensed milk in a blender.
- Cover the bottom of a glass container with Maizena cookies, put the lemon cream on top, then make another layer with cookies and cover again with the lemon cream, making the layers until the cookies and cream are used up.
- Decorate with lemon zest, cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap.
- Place in the freezer for approximately 3 hours. serve
