- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g

- Cornmeal Biscuit200 g
- Milk1 cup
- Beat the condensed milk in the blender until the texture changes to a thick cream.
- Add the lemon juice and the cream and beat again until it becomes creamy again.
- In a bowl, pour the milk and wet the cookies well.
- On a platter, make a cookie bed and intersperse with a layer of mousse.
- Repeat the process until you finish with a thick layer of mousse.
- Finish with lemon zest or cornstarch bran
- Place in the fridge for around 2 hours or more.
