- Sour cream300 g
- Lemon Juice150 ml
- Cornstarch or Milk Biscuits200 g
- Semisweet chocolate bar200 g
- In the blender beat the condensed milk and 200 g of cream (1 box) for 1 minute. Gradually add the lemon broth and taste it, you can go a little less or a little more according to your taste. I like it more sour. Let it hit for 2 min until it's well aerated.
- Intersperse layers of biscuit and mousse, starting with the mousse. Take it to freeze for 15 min.
- For the ganache, chop the chocolate and place it in a temperature-resistant refractory, add 100g of cream (half a box). Melt the chocolate in a microwave or bain-marie, stirring occasionally. I put it in the microwave for 25 to 30 seconds at a time, mixing well after each break, so as not to run the risk of burning. Cover the mousse with the ganache and return to the fridge for another 1 or 2 hours at least. It's just serving.
