- I started by squeezing the lemons until I got about 150 ml of juice.
- In the blender I put the condensed milk, the cream, the juice and hit it well for about 5 minutes.
- In a Pyrex I put the mousse, the lemon zest on top.
- And I put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Then and only serve
