- Beat in the blender, eggs, sugar, oil, milk for 3 minutes then add 1 packet of lemon jello and beat some more. Now transfer to a bowl with 2 cups of sifted wheat flour and 2 tablespoons of powdered milk (optional), mix well. Finally add the baking powder (1 tablespoon) and stir. Put the dough in a greased and infarinhada form and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200°.
- Mousse frosting (make it while the cake is baking): 1 can of condensed milk, 1 box of cream and 2 lemons. Mix in a pot, by hand, and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes to get the consistency of a mousse. With the cake warm, pour the mousse on top and decorate with lemon zest.
