Lemon Mousse Cup - VERY EASY

Triture o biscoito de maizena em um liquidificador, até formar uma farinha.
Em uma tigela, misture essa farinha, a manteiga em temperatura ambiente, misture com a ponta dos dedos até ficar parecendo areia molhada.

Grind the cornstarch biscuit in a blender until it forms a flour.
In a bowl, mix this flour, room temperature butter, mix with your fingertips until it looks like wet sand.

Em uma tigela, misture o creme de leite, o leite condensado e o suco de limão, misture tudo muito bem, até que fique homogêneo.
Misture também um pouco das raspas do limão, guardando uma parte para a finalização.


In a bowl, mix the cream, condensed milk and lemon juice, mix everything very well, until it becomes homogeneous.
Also mix a little of the lemon zest, saving a part for the finish.


Transfira a “massa” para o fundo de uma taça do tipo martini, depois coloque um pouco de creme de limão, e finalize com folhas de hortelã e raspas de limão.
Sirva gelado.
