- Hot water200 ml
- Sour cream (box)1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk (box)1 unit(s)
- Dissolve the gelatin in 200ml of hot water and set aside.
- Make a juice with the lemons and 50 ml of water and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the cream, condensed milk, gelatin and lemon juice.
- Place in a refractory and put in the fridge for approximately 3 hours.
