- Sour cream400 g
- Lemon Juice Powder (sufresh or Mid)2 unit(s)
- Chocolate chips or bars300 g
- Cream (for the Ganache)100 g
- Cornstarch Cookie Base (recipe in my profile)1 unit(s)
- Beat condensed milk, cream, powdered juice... for the lemon mousse
- Pour the mousse into the biscuit base and refrigerate for 1 hour
- For the ganache, heat the 100g of cream and pour over the 300g of chocolate chips or bars.
- Mix the ganache well until each piece of chocolate is completely melted and the ganache is shiny and smooth.
- Cover the pie with the ganache as in the photo and decorate as you wish....lemon zest, drawings, etc.
