- Lemon juice100 ml
- Cornmeal Biscuit200 g
- Lemon Tart Biscuit200 g
- Whipped cream200 ml
- Lemon3 to taste
- Margarine200 ml
- Grind the cornstarch cookie package together with the melted margarine, knead well until it becomes crumbly. In a blender, place the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice, beat everything and add the leftover cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for approximately 50 minutes. Then just unmold and decorate with lemon tart cookies and whipped cream.
