- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Make the juice of two lemons and in the blender beat it, the condensed milk, the cream and the gelatin.
- Pour the mixture into a glass refractory and place in the fridge for an hour and a half.
- If you like, you can scrape over the sweet zest of the lemon peel itself.
- When ready and hard, just serve.
