- Sour cream400 g
- Lemon juice150 ml
- White Encore Box126 g
- Black Encore Box126 g
- Lemon zest20 g
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk and the cream.
- Add the lemon juice little by little, until you get the desired flavor.
- In a glass dish (or in a glass) make a layer of cream and sprinkle the bis with the chopped milk.
- Make another layer of cream and sprinkle the white bis
- Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up.
- Add lemon zest to decorate your dessert
- Place in the fridge for at least two hours.
