- Start with the base of the pie: crush the Maria biscuits. Book some whole cookies, to decorate on the side. This simple biscuit marie pie can be stuffed according to whatever you want here, we chose the lemon mousse, as it is loved by almost everyone, but it is also possible to make a filling with caramel, cream or even nutella, among others .
- Then pour the melted butter and grind until it forms a slightly moist farofa. This Maria biscuit recipe is easy to make and economical.
- Spread the crushed biscuit with the butter on the bottom and sides of a mold - ours has a fake bottom and is 17cm in diameter. Take to bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden. Let it cool and book.
- Place the condensed milk (with whey) in the blender. Beat a little and then add the lemon juice, little by little. Put the cookies around to decorate
