1 box of condensed milk 1 box of heavy cream Juice of two lemons

Chocolate ganache 🍫 250g of chocolate for 250g of cream

Lemon Mousse with Chocolate

Misture todos os ingredientes. coloque a mousse para gelar.

Ganache de chocolate: 

Derreta o chocolate e depois acrescente o creme de leite e misture bem. 

Fui intercalando as camadas e finalizei com raspas de limão. 
Geladeira por 2 horas. 

Mix all the ingredients. put the mousse to freeze.

Chocolate ganache:

Melt the chocolate and then add the cream and mix well.

I alternated the layers and finished with lemon zest.
Refrigerator for 2 hours.
