- Mix the lemon juice with the condensed milk and set aside.
- Beat the fresh milk cream to the point of whipped cream and mix with the condensed milk, take it to freeze for 2 hours in the fridge.
- For ganache: Boil the box of cream and add all the white chocolate, mix until smooth.
- Remove the mousse from the fridge and pour all the ganache, return to freeze for another 2 hours.
