Lemon mousse with white chocolate ganache

  • Lemon juice2 unit(s)
  • Fresh cream400 g
  • White chocolate 90g2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the lemon juice with the condensed milk and set aside.
  2. Beat the fresh milk cream to the point of whipped cream and mix with the condensed milk, take it to freeze for 2 hours in the fridge.
  3. For ganache: Boil the box of cream and add all the white chocolate, mix until smooth.
  4. Remove the mousse from the fridge and pour all the ganache, return to freeze for another 2 hours.
