- Preparation mode To make lemon mousse, start by putting the cream, condensed milk and lemon juice in a blender. Whisk everything until you get a homogeneous mixture. Divide the lemon mousse and place in small individual pots or put the entirety in a large container. Place in the fridge until firm (about 2 hours). Tip: if you prefer, add lemon zest.
