- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Place condensed milk, cream and lemon juice in a blender.
- Beat for approximately 2 minutes at medium speed.
- The point of the mousse is when it is firm and creamy. If necessary, you can add more lemon juice to reach the point of dessert.
- Then put it in a refractory. And decorate as you prefer (you can use lemon zest, chocolate, confectionery, etc.).
- Take it to the fridge, after ice cream, just serve.
