- Lemon juice4 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon

- Mix the yolks, sugar and butter in the wheat flour and mix with your hands. If the dough is dry, add 5 tablespoons of milk or water.
- Open the dough with your hands right on the baking sheet with the removable bottom and pierce it with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven on low
- For the filling, mix the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice and leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Put the stuffing in the dough, decorate as you want and leave it in the fridge for 5 hours to firm up.
