- Condensed milk190 ml
- Sour cream150 ml
- Misena Biscuit (pct 1 of 3)1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Grind the cookie and add the melted butter, mix well until it's homogeneous, put it in a removable background molded all over it and put it in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- After removing the dough from the oven and while it cools, place the condensed milk, the cream, the lemon juice in the blender and blend for about 3 minutes.
- Pour the cream into the cooled dough and put it back in the oven for 7 to 8 minutes. When the dough is golden and the cream is hard, it is ready. Note: This amount was for my 18cm pan, if yours are bigger, double or triple the recipe ok?
