- Beat the cream, condensed milk in the blender.
- Now add the juice of the 3 lemons and beat again.
- Then in a refractory place a layer of biscuit and then the mousse on top and so you alternate with biscuit and then mousse. Until it ends in mousse. Then add some lemon zest and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
