- Whipped cream box (leave an hour in the freezer before using)1 unit(s)
- Grind the biscuits in the blender, after crushing, take it to a bowl along with the margarine and squeezing with your hands until your dough is very sticky.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Time has passed, take it out and let it cool.
- Now for the mousse: condensed milk, cream, and the lemon juice in the blender
- Take your whipped cream, pour it into the mixer and beat on maximum speed until it thickens.
- Assembly: one layer of mousse and another of whipped cream. I put lemon zest on top and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
