- For the dough: Unsweetened desiccated coconut1/3 cup
- Nuts1 cup
- Pitted Dates8 unit(s)
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- For the filling: Raw cashew nuts soaked in water for 8 hours11/2 cup
- Ripe banana1 unit(s)
- Golden flaxseed soaked in water for 1 h2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1/4 cup
- Coconut Sugar1/3 cup
- Lemon Juice1/2 cup
- Lemon zest to taste
- Process the ingredients for the dough, starting with the nuts, in the blade S processor, until you get a moldable dough
- Line the bottom of a 20/22cm springform pan with the dough. refrigerate
- Stuffing: beat all the ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth and creamy cream. Add water little by little, if necessary, to obtain the desired point.
- Pour over the dough and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- When serving, decorate with thin slices of lemon, herbs, flowers..
