- Cornstarch200 g
- Butter or Margarine150 g
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Lemons4 unit(s)
- Lemon zest2 unit(s)
- Egg white4 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Pasta: 1- Grind the cookies in a blender 2- Add the butter and blend a little more 3- Pour the dough into a mold 4- Spread the dough so that it covers the entire area 5- Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes
- Filling: 1- Beat all the other ingredients in the blender (except the zest) 2- Pour into the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Roof: 1- Beat the egg whites and add the sugar 2- Mix until you get a sigh point and take it to the oven to brown
- Finalization: 1- Unmold the pie (without removing the bottom) 2- Pour the cover 3- Decorate with the zest 4- Serve :)
