- Beat the butter together with the sugar and the yolks until obtaining a whitish cream (in the mixer, approximately 2 minutes on medium speed). Over this cream, slowly sift the wheat flour and baking powder, add the lemon zest and mix well with your fingertips, until it forms a soft ball that comes off your hands. Then add the dough with your hands or if you prefer to open the dough on the roll and put it in the shape you want, on the bottom and sides. Bake in the oven at 180° for approximately 35 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool. The stuffing is just put everything in the blender and pour it into the dough after it's cold. You can finish with lemon zest, in addition to being more beautiful, it is delicious.
