- Maizena Biscuit400 g
- Butter1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon zest1 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Lemon juice3/4 cup
- Lemon zest for garnish10 g
- Pasta: Mix the cornstarch, butter, water and lemon zest, until you get a smooth dough when pressed. Then put it in a shape of your preference and take it to the fridge, when your dough is cold you prepare the cream.
- Cream: Beat the 2 (two) boxes of condensed milk, the 2 (two) boxes of cream, the lemon juice and beat everything in the blender. Then pour the cream into the dough and put it in the fridge to freeze. Then just decorate with lemon zest and it's ready.
