- Sour cream 200g2 unit(s)
- Lemon juice3 unit(s)
- Maizena Biscuit400 g
- Melted margarine6 tablespoon
- Lemon zest for garnish to taste
- Place the cookies in a blender and on the pulse function, grind until it becomes a 'flour'.
- Transfer to a container and add the melted margarine and mix until a dough forms. Reserve.
- In a blender place the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice. Beat until the mixture is very creamy (about 5 minutes)
- In the ports put some of the cookie dough. And then the lemon filling and to finish, decorate with lemon zest to taste.
