Condensed milk395 g
Sour cream 200g2 unit(s)
Lemon juice3 unit(s)
Maizena Biscuit400 g
Melted margarine6 tablespoon
Lemon zest for garnish to taste

Place the cookies in a blender and on the pulse function, grind until it becomes a 'flour'.
Transfer to a container and add the melted margarine and mix until a dough forms. Reserve.
In a blender place the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice. Beat until the mixture is very creamy (about 5 minutes)
In the ports put some of the cookie dough. And then the lemon filling and to finish, decorate with lemon zest to taste.
