- Maizena Biscuit200 g
- Melted butter100 g
- 395g condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Sour cream 200g2 unit(s)
- Lemon juice4 unit(s)
- Whipped cream to decorate to taste
- Lemon zest for garnish to taste
- In a blender place the cookies and in the pulse function crush until it becomes a flour.
- Transfer the cookie flour to a bowl and add the melted butter.
- Mix and when you have a dough, cover the form you are going to use. Reserve. Note: in my case, I used two small pie pans.
- In a blender place the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice.
- Beat for 5 minutes until you get a very creamy mixture.
- Move to the form and decorate as you wish. I used whipped cream and lemon zest.
- Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Enjoy your food!
