- Way of doing Break up the cookies and hit the processor. Then transfer to a bowl and add the butter. Mix well with your hands until it forms a wet crumb. Spread this farofa in a removable background form and press well, including on the sides. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside. Beat the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice for 3 minutes. Then pour this stuffing into the dough that is baked. Decorate with lemon zest and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the filling is firm. Serve immediately.
