  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Whey-free cream1 can(s)
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  1. Grind the wafer in the blender.
  2. Pass the farofa through a sieve so that there are no pieces.
  3. Mix with the butter and knead with your hands.
  4. In a false background shape, spread small pieces of the cookie dough, squeezing and joining the pieces with your fingers.
  5. Take it to the oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes just to brown and dry a little.
  6. In the blender, beat the condensed milk with the juice of the lemons for 5 minutes.
  7. Then add the cream of milk and beat a little to be homogeneous.
  8. Pour into the form with the already cold dough.
  9. Take it to the fridge until it's firm.
