- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Whey-free cream1 can(s)
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Grind the wafer in the blender.
- Pass the farofa through a sieve so that there are no pieces.
- Mix with the butter and knead with your hands.
- In a false background shape, spread small pieces of the cookie dough, squeezing and joining the pieces with your fingers.
- Take it to the oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes just to brown and dry a little.
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk with the juice of the lemons for 5 minutes.
- Then add the cream of milk and beat a little to be homogeneous.
- Pour into the form with the already cold dough.
- Take it to the fridge until it's firm.
