- Grind the biscuit in the blender until it becomes a flour and put it in a container.
- In the blender, place the squeezed lemon juice together with condensed milk and the cream and beat until well blended and consistency.
- Once this is done, place the filling on top of the dough.
- Put in the fridge for a few hours.
- Finally, distribute lemon zest to decorate
