- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Grind the wafer in a blender. Mix with the butter and knead with your hands. In a false bottom shape, spread small pieces of the cookie dough, squeezing and joining the pieces with your fingers. Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes just to brown and dry a little. In a blender, beat the condensed milk with the lemon juice for 5 minutes. Then add the cream and beat a little to get homogeneous. Pour into the mold with the cooled dough. Place in the fridge until firm.
