- Vanilla Cake1 cup
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Lemon Juice1/2 cup
- Whipped cream as per package to taste
- Lemon zest to taste
- The first step is to cut slices of the cake and spread it on the bottom of a platter. Reserve.
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the juice and lemon until it reaches the consistency of a mousse.
- Add that cream over the cake and spread it.
- Beat the whipped cream according to the package, and decorate your cake as you prefer.
- Spread lemon zest and take it to the fridge until serving.
