- Juice of 1 lemon1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Lemon0 to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a blender very well, except the yeast.
- Add the yeast and beat just to mix.
- Put it in a shape, preferably a pool shape, greased and infarinhada and take it to the oven to bake.
- The temperature and time is according to your oven, here I bake at 250•
- To see if it's ready, do the toothpick test.
- For the mousse: Mix the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice until you get a firm cream.
- Add to the already unmolded cake. It's a real delight!!
