- Margarine or butter115 g
- Sugar200 g
- Wheat flour230 g
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice150 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Lemon juice3 unit(s)
- In the mixer, beat the margarine with sugar until it doubles in volume and becomes a very whitish cream.
- Then add the eggs one by one and beat again until the eggs are incorporated.
- Add 150ml of lemon juice, beat some more. In
- Turn off the mixer and add the flour and baking powder and mix gently with a whisk.
- Pour the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to bake in oven 180° for about 35 -40 minutes.
- Let it cool, unmold and pour the lemon mousse, just beat the condensed milk, cream and juice of the three lemons in the blender. Decorate with lemon zest
