- Sour cream200 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Lemon Jelly60 g
- Milk (room temperature)400 ml
- Lemon zest to taste
- Dilute the gelatin in 200ml of warm water
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except for the lemon zest. And beat until smooth.
- Grease a mold with a little oil and pour the blender mixture.
- Place in the fridge for about 4 hours.
- Unmold and decorate with lemon zest.
