- Whole milk, same size can2 unit(s)
- Sugar for the syrup1 cup
- Water for syrup1/2 cup
- Blend all ingredients except sugar and water in a blender. Meanwhile, place a shape with a hole in the middle and put the sugar and water to make the syrup and let it thicken. Let it cool down a bit and add the batter to the blender. Cook in a bain-marie for 30 minutes in the oven. Place in the fridge to cool. Unmold and to decorate you can put lemon zest
