Lemon Pudding

Bata no liquidificador todos os ingredientes, exceto o açúcar e a água.
 
Enquanto isso coloque uma forma com um furo no meio e coloque o açúcar e a água para fazer a calda e deixe engrossar.

Deixe esfriar um pouco e acrescente a massa batida no liquidificador.

Cozinhe em banho maria por 30 minutos no forno.

Coloque na geladeira para esfriar.

Desenforme e para decorar pode colocar raspas de limão 

Blend all ingredients except sugar and water in a blender.
 
Meanwhile, place a shape with a hole in the middle and put the sugar and water to make the syrup and let it thicken.

Let it cool down a bit and add the batter to the blender.

Cook in a bain-marie for 30 minutes in the oven.

Place in the fridge to cool.

Unmold and to decorate you can put lemon zest
