- Sour cream1 cup
- Lemon juice1/2 cup
- Lemon zest1 to taste
- Soak the cookies with water
- Line the pyrex with these biscuits moistened with a little water
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the pure lemon juice.
- Place over the cookies and garnish with a little lemon zest.
- Place in the freezer for approximately 2 hours and serve well chilled.
