- Melt the white chocolate until it is very smooth; Add corn glucose and stir;
- Add the Heavy cream and stir well until it is completely incorporated into the chocolate; Dissolve the lemon gelatin with 4 tablespoons of hot water;
- Once dissolved, mix with the chocolate and finally the strained lemon juice and mix well; Then just fill the cones;
- This recipe yields 31 to 34 45-gram truffles.
