- Skimmed milk1 cup
- Sunflower or corn oil1 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Almond flour2 cup
- Chocolate powder 70% - to taste1/2 cup
- Stevia (for oven or stovetop use)5 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- 70% chocolate for topping3 tablespoon
- Skimmed milk for topping100 ml
- Butter for topping1 dessert spoon
- Beat all the ingredients (except those for the topping) in the blender, in parallel, grease a shape with butter or olive oil and sprinkle chocolate powder on the bottom of the shape, after that add the dough and take it to the pre-heated oven at 180°C. for 40 min.
- Roof Add all the ingredients for the frosting in the pan and stir until it thickens, when it starts to stick, turn off the oven and throw it on top of the cake already ready and unmoulded. Now enjoy! I hope you enjoy !!!
