- Sugar500 g
- Water250 ml
- White Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Red food coloring to taste
- Apple (medium)10 unit(s)
- Ice cream stick20 unit(s)
- Wash and dry the apples well.
- Insert 2 toothpicks into each apple to make it firm and secure.
- In a pan put the sugar, water, vinegar and coloring to taste. (I use 5 drops)
- No need to stir, just shake the pan, because if you stir with a spoon, you can break the point of the syrup.
- Let it boil on low heat for an average of 30 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and then immediately dip the apples in the syrup. It has to be fast, because the syrup will harden.
- Place the apples in a greased shape with a little oil. Let cool and store them as you prefer.
