- Leave the coconut milk bottle and the cream can for several hours in the fridge.
- Place the chilled coconut milk in a bowl and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth.
- Add another half of the can of whey-free cream and set aside the rest.
- Add the cocoa and stevia and continue beating until the mousse is light and fluffy.
