- Coconut milk powder (diluted)2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder (to taste)0 ml
- Yeast for cake1 teaspoon
- Water1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil1 dessert spoon
- Dilute the flaxseed flour with the water, mix the other flours, the diluted coconut milk powder and the other ingredients in a large mug, stir with the help of a fork. Leave the yeast last. Take it to the microwave for a maximum of 3min and 30sec, turn the mug with the cake on a plate, add the cinnamon to taste. Excellent afternoon snack, tip to accompany that coffee.
