- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Lemon zest to taste
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Coconut oil to taste
- Whisk all the ingredients in a mixer. Grease a skillet with coconut oil and keep it over a medical heat. Put some of the dough in the skillet until it forms a disk (not too thick). When golden on one side, flip over and brown on the other side. Repeat until the dough runs out. The recipe try about 3 small pancakes. Enjoy!!!
