- Canned whey cream1 unit(s)
- Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Natural sweetener (I used Magrins xylitol + stevia)5 tablespoon
- Fleur de sel (pinch) to taste
- Sift the cocoa and mix with the sweetener until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- In a pan with a thick bottom, add the mixture to the milk cream homogenized with the whey.
- Bring to medium heat and stir non-stop until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Distribute the equivalent of 1 tablespoon in small glasses or ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- When serving, top with slivered almonds or 85% grated cocoa chocolate.
