- Cloves and Cinnamon1 to taste
- Milk or coconut milk200 ml
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Grate the cassava, coconut, cheese and separate melt the margarine let it cool, separate the whites and yolks. In a bowl, add the sugar, the yolks, milk and wheat flour, stir well until a homogeneous mass is formed, then gradually add the grated cassava, then the coconut and cheese, finally the snow whites. Now put the yeast stir until it incorporates there, finish with cinnamon and the cloves to taste, mix well. Place in a greased shape with margarine and wheat flour. Bake in a medium oven at 200 degrees.
