- Frozen mango1 unit(s)
- Mint leaves1 to taste
- Honey1 to taste
- Almond flour5 tablespoon
- Xylitol or sugar1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Lemon zest1 dessert spoon
- Cut a very ripe mango into cubes and take it to freeze
- After frozen, take the mango with honey and mint leaves to a food processor - process until a very homogeneous mass (Sorbet) is formed.
- For the farofa: in a frying pan, take the almond flour, cinnamon, xylitol (or sugar) and lemon zest to give a light toast.
- Serve the Sorbet with some farofa, and it's done!
