- Ripe Tommy or Palmer Mango1 unit(s)
- Culinary sweetener2 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- Peel and cut the mango into small cubes.
- Place in a pan and add some water. Enough for it to soften without sticking to the pan.
- Let it boil on low heat until it has a puree consistency.
- Add the passion fruit pulp and sweetener and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- The right point is when the jelly flows slowly.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
