- medium chopped and frozen mangoes4 unit(s)
- grated coconut100 g
- Sour cream (2 boxes)400 g
- Condensed milk (1 can)395 g
- Whole milk250 ml
- In a blender, place the condensed milk, cream, milk and chopped mango. Beat everything very well. Pour the mixture into the ice cream pot, cover and take it to the freezer for about 2 hours until it starts to crystallize. Remove from freezer and transfer to mixer.
- Beat well for about 10 minutes until doubled in volume. Add all the grated coconut, Transfer to ice cream jars, cover and return to the freezer for about 6 hours or overnight. Remove when serving. Enjoy your food!!!
